ROOF STYLES
SKILLION
A Skillion style roof is one that slopes down to one side, with one side higher than the other.
This roof style is able to be built as a fly-over, attached to the house under the house roof, or as a free-standing structure away from home.
GABLE
A gable style roof is one that has it's highest point in the centre where two roofs meet and slope away from each other.
This roof style is able to be built as a fly-over, attached to the house under the house roof, or as a free-standing structure away from home.

FLY- OVER
OFF FASCIA OR HOUSE WALL
FREE STANDING
Fly-Overs are higher than the house gutter, they 'fly' up over the house roof. This type of build is great if you want a taller ceiling height and to allow more hot air to escape.
Attaching to the house fascia or to a house wall is a great option if you are able to get the ceiling height you desire. This type of build offers maximum protection from the elements and is perfect for a smaller outdoor living space, providing a cosy feel to your area.
